Pilates Papamoa is a full body workout. It targets the core abdominal muscles while also training the entire body as an integrated system. The classes include exercises and movements that improve the strength and balanced muscle development and flexibilty.
The classes are for 60 minutes and are Clinical Pilates Matt classes only, so you don’t need to bring a thing. Just wear loose fitted clothing/active wear and bring a good attitude to have fun and push your body’s limits. Classes are small with a max of 6 people, this enables the physio to correct form and tailored to each participants level.
